Refunds and Cancellations
Custom Product Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available once production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations after this period will incur a fee to cover materials and labor costs already incurred.
