Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ashoo Fabrics & Drapery, we take great care in providing quality fabrics, drapery hardware, and decorative products. Because many of our products are sold by the yard, cut to order, or selected according to individual project requirements, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed and fulfilled. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, measurements, quantities, colors, sizes, and other specifications before completing a purchase.

Fabric Orders

Fabric is sold by the yard with a minimum order of 5 yards. Because fabric is cut specifically for each order, all fabric sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. If color or texture is important to your project, we strongly recommend requesting a fabric sample before placing your full order.

Samples are available upon request. Local sample pickup is complimentary; shipping charges apply to mailed samples.

Drapery Hardware & Accessories

Please carefully verify the required size, length, finish, style, and quantity before ordering drapery hardware or decorative accessories.

Some hardware is available in additional styles and finish colors. When indicated on the product page, please contact our showroom to finalize your preferred hardware design and finish selection.

All hardware and accessory sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution when the problem is related to damage, a product defect, or an error in fulfilling your order.

Please keep the product, original packaging, and any shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed. Photographs may be requested to help us evaluate the problem.
